Terms & Conditions

The supplier of this service is The Alternative Invite Co Ltd ("The Company"), a company registered in England.

Samples
To help you to make your choice, you may choose up to three samples free of charge. These should be ordered online, and we endeavour to have them delivered within three working days.

Ordering
Ordering is done via the online order form, or alternatively by downloading the PDF order form on our website. These terms and conditions, which may be from time to time updated, are an integral component of the order, and acceptance without reservation is mandatory in all instances. These terms and conditions can only be varied by a director of the company, and shall only be done in writing. Any flexibility or deviation by the company shall not be construed as a variation of these terms and conditions.

Proofs
Upon receipt of your completed order, and upon receipt of payment in full, you will be sent electronic proofs in PDF format. These are normally sent within five working days. It is essential that they are meticulously checked, and if approved, responded to accordingly. If there are any errors, these will be rectified at no additional cost, and a new set of proofs sent electronically in PDF form for approval. Should these be approved, the commission will be put into production. If there are additional changes to be done beyond the scope of the order (Author's Corrections), these may at the company's discretion be charged for. You will immediately be informed of this for approval, as we try to minimise the costs to our customers, and pride ourselves in meeting realistic budgets.

Delivery
Your completed order will be dispatched within 14 to 12 days of receipt of your proof approval. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm via courier service. A signature is required upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that this is catered for. If an alternative delivery address is required, please ensure that this is clearly indicated on the order form. A charge of £6.99 applies to all orders to the UK mainland. To addresses in Ireland, a charge of £20.00 applies. For all other addresses it is essential that we quote for your approval of costs prior to commencement of the order.

Express Service
A 48 hour express service is normally available if your stationery is required urgently. Upon receipt of your proof approval, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. This is only available for mainland UK addresses, and does not apply for dispatch or delivery on weekends or public holidays. This incurrs an additional cost of £50.00.

Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of placing the order. Payment may be made by credit/debit card via PayPal, or by cheque or postal order in pounds sterling, free of bank charges. Funds need to be cleared prior to commencement.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions are subject to update and may change from time to time without notice.

Errors and Omissions
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the details on the website, and in the pricing structure. Whilst these (Details and prices) are subject to change without notice, we reserve the right to correct pricing and details when so required. Customers will be notified in the instance that such action is required with a specific order, and in any other event, these changes will apply without prior notice or recourse.

Cancellations
Items are personalised to the requirements of the customer. Refunfs and exchanges will only be given if the stationery is found to be faulty, or does not meet with the specifications of the completed order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If an order is cancelled after proofs have been sent but prior to printing commencing then a £30.00 typesetting fee will be payable.

Applicable Law
Only English law applies to matters arrising from this relationship, and by placing an order, the customer agrees that English courts shall have jurisdiction.
